TRCN is a dynamic and growing team of 11 professionals working to enhance the health and experiences of people living with red cell disorders across London and from Norfolk to Newquay. In this genuinely exciting role you will support the Network Manager, build meaningful relationships with patients and other stakeholders, work on novel projects, and gain valuable experience in management and strategic thinking.

- Proven experience in service improvement and development
- Proven experience in effective management and effective leadership of staff
- Proven experience in business planning and in the development and effective leadership implementation of complex strategic & operational plans.

- Experience updating and maintaining websites.
Desirable criteria
- Previous experience or working with hospital data e.g. electronic patient records for data extraction
