Healthcare Support Worker - Ward D6 Surgery

An opportunity has arisen for Health Care Support Workers to join the Surgical Division at North Manchester General Hospital on our female surgical/ head and neck ward. Ward D6 is a 14 bedded ward caring for patients with complex head, neck and surgical conditions.

You will be passionate about the delivery of excellent patient care. You must have excellent communication skills and have the desire to motivate self and others to deliver safe and effective care. Experience of working in a care setting would be an advantage.

This role requires the postholder to undertake duties within a care home setting. In accordance with the Coronavirus Act 2020, prior to the take up of this position. The successful applicant will be required to provide evidence they have received two doses of an authorised vaccine , or provide evidence of medical exemption in accordance with the Covid 19 Regulations. This verification will be required at or before interview / selection. Interested applicants must ensure this verification is available to be produced when requested.
