Assistant Director of HR/Head of HR Governance and Information

We are looking to recruit a proactive individual to the role of Assistant Director of HR/Head of HR Governance and Information to lead a small team to deliver on the requirements of the UHNM’s people function and the wider Trust for strategic workforce planning, information analytics and delivery of HR governance.  Key responsibilities include provision of regular performance reports to the Board, monitoring HR standards and workforce risks and producing workforce plans.  You will provide expertise and insights to our clinical and non-clinical teams working closely with the HR Senior team, Divisional colleagues and partner organisations across our ICS.  You will also play a key part in the delivery of the HR functions People strategy.

You will be experienced in workforce planning and information analysis with a proven track record of working at a strategic level and delivering programmes of work.   You will have strong communication, analytical and collaboration skills and will be an excellent report writer.
