Central West Neighbourhood team use an integrated team approach, which will offer you the chance to work with community nurses and other health and social care professionals within a highly skilled multidisciplinary neighbourhood team. You will be supported by a buddy to develop the skills to undertake holistic assessments and care provision to patients in their own homes and clinic settings.

Clinical responsibilities include:
- Develop and demonstrate underpinning knowledge and clinical competence at advanced skills which include:
- Central line care
- Wound care (simple and complex)
- Vaccination and Immunisation
- Phlebotomy (Difficult and routine)
- Syringe driver use and care
- Doppler assessment – diagnostic & ongoing
- Cross-prescribing
- Chronic Disease reviews
