 We have a great opportunity for a responsible and enthusiastic individual to join our team of Data Quality Administrators.

This is a Full - time role,  working night shifts  2300 - 0800, covering shifts Monday - Sunday.

The candidate will work in the Children's Department and  providing a focused administration service within the Clinical Administration Inpatients department base at the Royal Alexandra Children's Hospital

We are looking to recruit a flexible, dynamic and motivated administrator for our fast paced and friendly Information Quality Team to help ensure adequate coverage of duties across a defined group of wards and departments, 7 days a week from 0800-0800. You will work on a rota basis, including weekends and Bank Holidays, ensuring the efficient and timely admission, transfer and discharge of patients, dealing with patients’ medical notes and being responsible for the accurate and timely input of information into our PAS system for the purposes of patient care and data quality.

You will be required to work in close contact with patients, relatives and a multidisciplinary team of nurses, doctors, physiotherapists or pharmacists amongst other professionals. You will be one of the first faces our patients and relatives will see when they first walk into our hospital, and you will have to deal with queries face-to-face, on the phone and via email. For this reason the post holder will have excellent communication and spelling skills alongside the ability to multi task and remain calm under pressure.
