We are currently looking for a Community Dietitian to join our friendly and dynamic team. We are patient focused and thrive on providing quality care.
The post holder will work predominately to manage patients in need of nutrition support in their own homes and care homes, taking a ''food first approach''. The workload also includes managing a caseload of Home Enteral Feeding patients. The role includes support, assessment, and on-going reviews. The service provides training programs to up-skill care homes, district nurses and other relevant front-line staff on a range of nutritional areas.
Car driver would be essential for this role, though the role will be a mix of on-site, remote and patient visit types of working.

The post holder will work predominantly to manage patients in need of nutrition support in their own homes and care homes, taking a 'food-first' approach. The workload also includes managing a small caseload of Home enteral feeding patients and supports the band 7 Dietitian.
The service provides training programmes to up-skill care homes, district nurses and other relevant front line staff on a range of nutritional areas. You would be supported by a central admin team and a robust IT department that has allowed for a successful and efficient blended working approach.
The Bexley Dietetic team is made up of Community Specialist Dietitians, a part-time Nutrition Nurse Specialist and a part-time Dietetic Assistant Practitioner. Within Bromley Healthcare there is good network of Community Dietitians from Bexley, Bromley (both adults and children's teams) and Lewisham which helps support shared learning and CPD.

This is a full-time permanent vacancy for a Specialist Adult Community Dietitian to support the team in the London borough of Bexley in providing a co-ordinated Nutrition and Dietetic domiciliary service.
