Our 5,500 staff work over several sites, including Bradford Royal Infirmary, which provides the majority of inpatient services, and St Luke’s Hospital, which predominantly provides outpatient and rehabilitation services. We also manage local community hospitals at Eccleshill, Westwood Park, Westbourne Green, and Shipley.

Essential criteria
  • Experience of providing PA duties including diary management, minute taking and typing of letters, memos and reports etc.
  • Experience of providing an effective administrative support function.
Desirable criteria
  • Experience of clerical work within the NHS.
  • Significant relevant experience working for a senior manager within a large complex organisation.

Skills

Essential criteria
  • Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment and to meet deadlines.
  • Audio typing.
Desirable criteria
  • Ability to use Adobe Acrobat.

Knowledge

Essential criteria
  • Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Powerpoint, Word and Excel.
