I'm Melanie, I am the Consultant Clinical Psychologist for the Psychological Skills service (PSS). I helped to set up the service 3 years ago, I feel very passionate about the service and how it promotes a trauma informed approach to thinking about service user's therapy. I really value everyone's contribution to the development of the service.

The post holder will be part of an evolving service. This means being able to work with some uncertainty and imperfection as we seek to trial and develop new treatment programmes and processes.
