An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join The Manchester Royal Eye Hospital Cataract Centre based at Withington Community Hospital.
We are looking for a forward thinking, motivated and enthusiastic nurse to join our team at Withington Hospital. The role involves working closely with the nursing, medical and administration teams within the service.
To succeed you will need to demonstrate that you are committed to ensuring high quality , patient focused care and have excellent interpersonal skills. The position offers great opportunity to learn new clinical skills and Personal development.
The Cataract Centre offers a wealth of in house training and career development opportunities .
We particularly welcome Registered Nurses who have scrub skills in the theatre setting.
The Cataract centre provides the holistic care of the Cataract patient from diagnosis in the pre operative clinic where the nurses provide the pre-operative health assessment and also specialist investigations and measurements , Surgery under local anaesthetic and post operative clinics .
The Cataract Centre consistently gets excellent feed back from patients and relatives about the care provided.
