Working for our organisation
The Resilience Hub has been developed in the wake of Covid-19 and is committed to enhancing mental health resilience and to support access to psychological treatment for frontline healthcare workers and care staff involved in caring for service users during the pandemic.
The Resilience Hub provides a single point of access to trauma informed care in a timely, confidential and culturally competent way and seeks to not only support and signpost to the abundance of excellent current resources across the Humber and North Yorkshire ICS, but also has the capacity to offer psychological support within the Hub. The Resilience Hub is a collaboration across Humber and North Yorkshire Partnership organisations, delivered by Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Trust, NAVIGO and City Health Care Partnership, supported by Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust and Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH). The post-holder will be directly employed by Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Trust, taking this role as a secondment or fixed term contract.
Applicants must ensure that prior to applying they have agreement from their current line manager that they can be released on a secondment basis.
Detailed job description and main responsibilities
Within this clinical role you will be responsible for the delivery of trauma-focused care and support to professionals accessing the Resilience Hub, teaching and training to staff groups, supervision and training to colleagues as well as a direct therapeutic offer for healthcare and care staff accessing the Hub.
Please feel free to have an informal conversation with us, if you are interested in developing your career within this exciting framework at the Resilience Hub and we can explore your situation and interests.
The post holder will work autonomously within professional guidelines and have designated professional responsibility for leading as part of the Hub leadership team, undertaking to provide comprehensive and confidential services.
The post holder will be responsible for the overseeing the provision of the health and wellbeing offer to staff to ensure it is fit for purpose and has a positive impact on keeping well at work and preventing absence and longer term conditions from arising, by offering the right interventions at the right time.
If the contract type on the vacancy states 'Fixed Term' this would mean the vacancy is being advertised to address a temporary need for the duration stipulated on the advert, however, in the event that permanent funding is secured for the post the successful applicant will be confirmed in post on a permanent basis.
Internal applicants must ensure that prior to applying they have agreement from their current line manager that they can be released on a secondment basis.
