We are looking for an efficient, enthusiastic, highly motivated NMC registered nurse with excellent interpersonal and communication skills including GCSE English, to work on our Bronchoscopy Unit.
You will be joining our friendly and dynamic multi-disciplinary team with excellent standards and great work ethic. You will be supported to develop as a band 5 staff nurse through preceptorship, peer support and an exciting range of educational opportunities.

We are looking for a NMC registered band 5 Staff Nurse who is an efficient, enthusiastic, highly motivated nurse with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work in our Bronchoscopy Unit.
You will be joining our friendly and dynamic multi-disciplinary team with excellent standards and great work ethic. You will be supported to develop as a band 5 staff nurse through preceptorship, peer support and an exciting range of educational opportunities.
You will be responsible for the care of patients attending for bronchoscopy procedures at admission, during and post procedure. You will be working in a team supporting the bronchoscopists during procedures, monitoring and recovering patients. The role involves administering medications. completing risk assessments and admissions, supporting the medical and specialist teams in devising holistic patient led plans of care and facilitating timely discharges from the day case unit. You will also provide support and information to patients post-procedure. You will also help support and assist with CT guided lung biopsies, ultrasound and pleural procedures as well as patients attending as part of research studies.
