A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Quality and Improvement Coordinator to support the Service Delivery Team and Clinical Lead in Trauma and Orthopaedics.
We are looking for a motivated, organised, forward thinking, innovative admin and clerical member of staff to join our dynamic and friendly team.
The Quality and Improvement Coordinator plays a key role supporting the wider team in the department, ensuring that we work towards NHS targets, best practice tariffs, key performance indicators and ensure that the department is sighted on modernisation of the NHS. Undertaking, leading and embedding new initiatives, improving services and administration processes to ensure that the department stays up to date with Best Practice of Care and the NHS modernisation agenda.
Based in the Orthopaedic offices at Conquest, you will work together, supporting each other, providing cross cover with the Administration Lead and Administrator.
The role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work within, and improve, existing information systems and databases. It has rapidly changing priorities and will require the ability to use your initiative, to manage your own workload and work under pressure.
It is advantageous if you have experience of Allscripts PAS, Nerve Centre, Microsoft Applications, Healthroster, Human Resource Policies, Supervisor/Line Management Skills, Integra and ESHT Trust systems.
