We are looking to recruit a Nursing Associate to our Community Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) team based in Melksham.
Our team works hard to ensure high quality patient centred care is at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for someone dynamic and committed to actively contributing to and supporting the recovery process of children and young people, as well as maintaining high standards of care.

The Melksham CAMHS team are seeking to recruit a passionate, driven, enthusiastic Nurse Associate to contribute to our service, working within our existing multi-disciplinary team, alongside Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Family Therapists, Psychotherapists, Nurses, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists.
Our CAMHS Team provides support for children and adolescents experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties and this role will include working with those who may have additional needs, such as learning disability or autistic spectrum condition. This role will have a particular focus providing support to young people and families who are accessing our specialist eating disorder service (TEDS).
In this role, you will assist the registered staff to deliver a wide range of nursing interventions including the treatment of multiple chronic conditions, learning disability and social vulnerability. It requires strong all-round capability, insights and adaptability in physical and mental health, as well as organisational, communication and inter-personal skills.
You will be working independently under the leadership of registered staff, working within the sphere of nursing and care and within all aspects of the nursing process in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery professional code of conduct.
