Trosolwg o'r swydd
The Head and Neck Clinical Service Unit (CSU) is looking to appoint a full-time Site Service Manager to support the delivery of ENT at Wythenshawe Hospital as part of an MFT wide single service.
Based at Wythenshawe Hospital, the post-holder will be the site lead for head and neck services and instrumental in delivering highly credible, visible leadership for staff working at that site.
It is a key leadership role within the Clinical Service Unit and will work seamlessly with stakeholders across all relevant sites to deliver a unified approach to service delivery.
This is an exciting time for the service as we integrate our services within the Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT), to offer timely, consistent and standardised, high quality care for our patients.
As the Head and Neck management headquarters is based at the Manchester Royal Infirmary, and with operating sites across Manchester, the ability to travel between locations is essential.
