Job overview
Children and Young Peoples Epilepsy Clinical Nurse Specialist
We are looking for a highly motivated nurse with extensive knowledge and experience caring for children and young people suffering with epilepsy. The role will have both clinical and managerial responsibilities. You will be expected to provide specialist nursing and clinical leadership for children and young people aged between 1 day old up to 19 years of age. We are looking for the right person to develop and work collaboratively with existing CYP epilepsy teams across North Central London hospitals and community services.
The Adolescent Directorate at UCLH is complemented by an expert multidisciplinary team where the different disciplines work both autonomously and collaboratively within a detailed clinical governance framework.
You will attend multidisciplinary meetings and be an advocate for the patients and the service. There will be opportunities to develop skills in clinical research.
