We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our Community Paediatric Child Development Team. Based in the picturesque Edgerton Park, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our senior leads, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leads in the Community Paediatric Child Development Team.
- Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and support project documentation.
- Assist in data collection and report preparation to support team goals.
- Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact for the team.

Essential criteria
- Good standard of general education to GCSE Grade C or above including English and Maths
- NVQ level 3 / 4 in Administration or equivalent relevant experience and knowledge
- RSA III qualification or proven equivalent knowledge and experience
- Evidence of continued professional development in relevant field
Desirable criteria
- ECDL or alternative IT qualification
Experience
Essential criteria
- Previous experience working with referrals & bookings processes
- Substantial administration experience in the NHS or similar complex organisation
- Experience of computerised record systems and data storage / retrieval / analysis
