Job overview
City Health Care Partnership has a rare opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our supportive and innovative HR team in providing professional and effective HR management advice and support to an exciting portfolio of community services.
We are looking for someone who has experience to offer and will proactively contribute and add value to the wider HR agenda, whilst supporting a range of employee relations activity. You will be required to deliver expert advice and guidance to managers on a range of ER matters using a coaching approach.
We are looking for a CIPD qualified HR professional, with previous operational experience of complex employee relations casework including TUPE and change management. Specialist knowledge of up-to-date employment legislation and case law as well as HR best practice is also a must to deliver on this role together with excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build and maintain strong working relationships.

- Minimum CIPD Level 5 Diploma or higher qualification e.g. BSc Human Resource Management

- Able to demonstrate significant and comprehensive experience in employee relations casework management within an HR environment
- Working in a multi professional environment
