Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic business and support information officer to join the community directorate, delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across the directorate.
The post holder would be expected to work closely with the Community Services Directorate senior management team and provide high quality project, service, initiative and administrative support including information and analysis of service specific data to support service delivery
The post holder is a key member of the team whose overarching goal is to enable, promote and support effective use of data, information, knowledge and technology to improve, inform and support portfolio of projects, services and initiatives.
There would be an expectation to be able to work across the community sites, working closely and building relationships with all of the community teams.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
- The Business Support and Information Officer is part of the Community/Out of Hospital Care Management team delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across the directorate.

- Degree level qualification or equivalent experience in an appropriate field and academic ability for the demands of the post.
