Dermatology Senior Trust Doctor
This is an exciting opportunity to work and train within our Dermatology Services at UCLH.
The position is a fixed 12 month term post and will provide training and experience in general dermatology, skin cancer, skin surgery and acute dermatology as well as several specialist clinics.

It is suitable for candidates who have obtained their MRCP and are looking to gain dermatology experience prior to a specialist training post in dermatology.

Professional Qualifications
Essential criteria
- MBBS, or equivalent
- Eligible for full registration with the GMC at time of appointment and hold a current licence to practise
- Full MRCP, or equivalent
Clinical Experience
Essential criteria
- Demonstrate a satisfactory training history in general medicine
- Evidence of achievement of CT2 competencies or equivalent
Clinical Skills
Essential criteria
- Comprehensive clinical experience in General Medical conditions.
- Ability to maintain a high quality clinical records.
- Personal management skills including time management and managing paperwork satisfactorily.
Desirable criteria
- Experience in managing general dermatology conditions.
- Experience in minor skin surgery
Audit
Essential criteria
- Evidence of good IT skills
- Clinical Audit experience
- Knowledge of Clinical Governance
Desirable criteria
- Evidence of service improvement projects
Research. Teaching skill & experience
Essential criteria
- Demonstrable experience of teaching junior medical staff

- Understanding and experience of research
