An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and focused individual to join the Trust headquarters team.
Trust HQ incorporates the offices of the chief executive, chair and executive directors. This busy role is based in 250 Euston Road and involves providing excellent personal assistant support to three busy teams.

Advert
- To provide a high-quality administrative service to the Commercial and Contract Management (CCM), the Project Finance Team and the Property Management team.
- Provide an ad hoc PA service to the Director of Commercial and Contract Management and the Head of Finance, Transactional and Strategic Finance.
- To support colleagues with high profile projects.
- Liaising with a vast number of stakeholders across different divisions and corporate teams in setting up large communication meetings.
- To ensure the smooth running of the office and effective internal and external liaison to contribute to the successful running of the Trust as a whole.
- To be the first point of contact for the CCM, the Project Finance Team and the Property Management team.
- To support the CCM, the Project Finance Team and the Property Management team with their objectives.
- To work closely with the Trust HQ Executive Personal Assistant team, providing cover during periods of absence.
- To act as the secretariat to a range of internal meetings (agenda setting, issuing papers, taking minutes and actions).
- Supporting the Trust HQ team.
- Play a key role in supporting the procurement process for new members of staff and organising inductions for new starters.

- Previous administrative assistant experience working in an office environment
