Job overview
Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS FT (DCHS) is offering suitable candidates the opportunity to join our dynamic, innovative and supportive MSK team as a clinical specialist physiotherapist in an exciting portfolio role. DCHS is one of the UK’s largest providers of specialist community health services in the UK and was recently awarded an outstanding rating by CQC.
We currently have opportunities to work within South Derbyshire in particular Swadlincote, Amber Valley and Erewash; all of which offer an easy commute from neighbouring counties.
Our MSK, FCP and physiotherapy services are working collaboratively to deliver an integrated service that provides accessible and responsive care to meet the needs of patients, GPs and the wider system.
We work using both face to face and innovative virtual service delivery models to deliver care to patients in the right place, by the right person at the right time. This varied and interesting role enables you to work across the MSK pathways in Derbyshire with a mix of MSK First Contact Practitioner and MSK CATS caseload.
We are looking to appoint a Band 7 for this post or to progress from Band 6 to Band 7 as a development role.
