The Regional Operations Centre is looking for a driven individual who is able to demonstrate a developed understanding/knowledge of the role and purpose of NHS England in communicating with, supporting and gathering information from Integrated Care Systems and Provider Trusts.
Demonstrate experience of direct line management responsibility for leading a dynamic team of individuals to deliver results in a pressured environment.
Demonstrate experience of assigning work and co-ordinating a team of individuals to ensure the completion of tasks with multiple strict and competing deadlines.
Experience of setting up and implementing internal processes and procedures quickly and under pressure.
Experience of preparing succinct communications to external organisations and internal and external senior staff members to ensure the timely collection of information / data on request and provide situational awareness.
Along side this we are looking for someone who has a passion for improvement and the drive and motivation needed to continue to push the vision of the ROC forward.
