As one of our Resourcing Advisors (who are the senior recruiters in the team), you will act as a true business partner to our managers across the Trust, ensuring that we are agile in meeting hiring needs and providing data and market insights to help support the Trust in fulfilling vacancy requirements.
An experienced recruiter, you will be expected to demonstrate where you have worked in a fast paced environment where priorities and demands can change at speed.
If you can demonstrate where you have made a difference to an inhouse recruitment team, are an advocate of accuracy and data and have a track record in advising Hiring Managers on their recruitment strategies then we would love to hear from you.
This is a demanding yet rewarding opportunity which will test your organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience of working within a recruitment environment is essential.

Our Resourcing Advisors are our recruitment specialists and support specific directorates across Oxford Health in ensuring that our departments and teams are fully resourced.
As a true business partner you will help your Hiring Managers to create their adverts and shape interview questions and recruitment processes that enable them to hire the best talent at pace in order to meet the various pressures on staffing within the NHS. This will include pre screening candidates and presenting shortlisting to Managers.
You will be able to challenge where appropriate, advise on best hiring practices and help engage managers in making good hiring decisions that will promote us as an Employer of Choice across our regions.
We are looking to appoint someone with previous recruitment experience in an in-house setting who is efficient and self-motivated and can embrace the challenge of working in a fast paced environment where excellent customer service skills are a priority.
You will advise and train your Officer and Hiring Managers on the tools available to them; along with guiding everyone through the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring candidates commence their new role in a timely manner.
Working alongside your team you will provide support to other colleagues and managers during busy times and will get involved in a variety of tasks such as recruitment events and delivery of training, to ensure the continuous improvement of the department.

This is an exciting time to join the Recruitment team as we are in a development and growth phase, and you will be responsible for a Recruitment Officer who will support you in ensuring the entire recruitment lifecycle from advertising to onboarding is efficient and effective and that pre-employment checks are completed in line with NHS standards.
The Resourcing Advisor will be responsible for their own business area, building relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a subject matter expert and proactively making decisions and informing the Trust about the best recruitment practices.
This role will manage the full-cycle recruiting process from end to end, with an emphasis on building strong hiring manager partnerships and candidate advocacy with a great candidate experience from start to finish.
Alongside recruitment you will need to be data and system savvy in order to track and analyse recruitment metrics to keep hiring managers and other stakeholders informed, and be guided by this information in the strategies we employ. As well as a seasoned recruiter you will need to have good admin skills as you are responsible for the end to end recruitment cycle.
This role is 9am-5pm Monday - Friday and we are currently working in a hybrid manner with two days in the HR office at Littlemore near Oxford and the rest of the time from home. In addition we also have quarterly training days and attend various events across the region as well as supporting at Corporate Induction on a monthly basis and it is essential that you are able to commute to these as required.

- All new starters have a 6 month probationary period. This, together with the induction process, aims to create a positive supportive working environment allowing new employees to learn key elements of their role over a reasonable timescale
- Candidates not currently employed by the Trust who attend an interview for non-qualified Band 1-5 posts are required to undertake numeracy and literacy assessments.
