Detailed job description and main responsibilities

This is believed to be the best way to give greatest flexibility in case management and provision of service to children, young people and their families and carers. The service caters for all mental health presentations as well as children with learning disabilities who have mental health needs. There are a number of treatment pathways within the team for intervention and the service is currently adopting the I-Thrive model.
Being part of a large and diverse London based Trust enables clinicians to access alternative learning and experience opportunities. This post-holder will have the opportunity to work closely with our colleagues in the London based CAMHS teams and (if desired) can spend up to one day per week working within one of these teams.
Please note, applicants must be on the Specialist Register or within 6 months of obtaining the CCT and Approved Clinician Status.
