As a Clinical Education Facilitator, you will work as part of our dynamic multi-professional Clinical Education Team. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing engaging training programmes that integrate advanced technologies such as VR, XR, and AI to enhance learning experiences and patient outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in delivering clinical education programmes across the Trust and ensuring that these programmes are aligned with best practices and relevant educational frameworks. You will also be involved in faculty development initiatives, quality assurance, and collaboration with key stakeholders to promote inter-professional education and Human Factors Ergonomics.
