NVQ/RQF Level 3 in a child or young adult related subject or equivalent level of experience
Evidence of literacy / numeracy skills [GCSE or equivalent].
Be willing to undertake competency based training with annual updates as a minimum.

Experience

Willingness to work in health care and education environment with complex care needs children
