APPLICATION / INTERVIEW STAGE: For certain roles, interview panels may consist of panel members external to London Ambulance Service. Application Forms shortlisted for these roles, along with other relevant recruitment information will be shared as appropriate with all members of the interview panel. PRIOR TO ASSESSMENT/INTERVIEW STAGE: Where the role you have applied for requires a driving licence, the London Ambulance Service will request relevant checks with the DVLA before you are invited to assessment or interview, and evidence of the DVLA check will be held on your personal file upon appointment into post. CONDITIONAL OFFER STAGE: Once a conditional offer of employment has been made, the London Ambulance Service will request that successful candidates complete a Health Self Declaration Form as well as an online Occupational Health Questionnaire. This information will be held by the recruitment team, and will be held on your personal file upon appointment into post. Your information will be shared with Optima (occupational health provider) for the purpose of health screening. By providing your mobile number, you have consented to being contacted by Optima via telephone and text message. Please be advised that this information may also be shared with the hiring (recruiting) manager and the relevant HR representative. Where the role you have applied for/ been offered requires a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check, you may be asked to provide additional information to allow an informed decision to be made regarding your application and/ or employment. Please note that this information may be shared with the recruiting/ hiring manager and/ or HR as appropriate. UNCONDITIONAL OFFER STAGE: Upon completion of all requisite employment checks and confirmation of a course start date (where applicable), the following personal data will be shared with the Clinical Education and Standards Administration team; your name, email address, post code and ESR (employee) number. Where appointed as a Paramedic, in addition to the above, your personal details will also be shared with the Graduate & International Recruits Support Manager team who is responsible for ensuring that new Paramedic recruits have access to relevant IT equipment/ software and NQP Portfolio and the Operational Deployment Senior Coordinator, who has responsibility for postings and ensuring availability of mentors to support new recruits. Where appointed to a role in our Emergency Operations Centre or 111/ IUC service, personal details including your home address will be also shared with the relevant training teams so that pre-course training information can be sent to you in a timely manner. For any role offered on the basis of an apprenticeship, personal details of appointed candidates will be shared with the Trust's Apprenticeship Manager as well as appointed third-party training providers including your name, email address, post code and ESR (employee) number.
