In the 2023 NHS staff survey, we were proud to be voted the second most recommended NHS Trust in the south east by our employees.

The trust is dedicated to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults, ensuring that appropriate pre-employment checks are conducted in compliance with safeguarding requirements.

As a proud user of the 'two ticks' symbol, we are committed to employing disabled individuals.
