We are looking for someone with proven HR experience, with a proactive approach, a passion for problem-solving and innovation along with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment will set you apart in this role. A strong understanding of HR employment law, and a MCIPD qualification or equivalent experience is essential.
In return for your dedication and expertise, we offer a warm, friendly, and supportive team environment. We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we support flexible working arrangements to help you balance home and work life.
If you’re ready to join a team that values your contributions, we’d love to hear from you. For an informal conversation, contact, Sam Tribble, Assistant Director of HR, [email protected]
