You will closely with a range of colleagues within HR and in particular with the those in our EDI team to augment and build upon what is current in place.

With a collaborative mindset and exceptional organisational skills, you will excel in mobilising and guiding cross-functional teams in diverse environments.
This role will lead our Anti-Racism programme of works, ensuring that our commitment to equity and inclusion is embedded in every facet of our work. This role will involve close collaboration with our board members, executive leadership, and work with all levels across the Trust to foster transformative change and implement effective anti-racism strategies.
We acknowledge that racism remains a significant obstacle to achieving equity in the NHS, influencing the experiences and opportunities of our colleagues from global majority backgrounds on a daily basis and we want to ensure that those engaged in this essential work are equipped with the necessary resources to succeed.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
Key Responsibilities of the role will be to:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive anti-racist programmes and initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address systemic barriers to equity and inclusion.
- Educate and train staff on anti-racist practices and policies.
- Conduct research and gather data to assess the impact of initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of openness, learning, and accountability within the Trust.
