Receptionist - Rehab Beds - Foxbury Ward - Band 2
£28,166 Inc HCAS per annum pro rata
Part time - 15 hours per week (Mondays and Tuesdays)
Provide reception duties and a variety of general administration. General clerical duties may include:
- Pulling records and filing
EMIS data transfer and inputting
Provision of daily data to Directors, Leads and CCG
- Data inputting
- Referral inputting
- Photocopying
- Booking transport for home visits, hospital appointments and discharge
- Making up records as required.
Sorting of posts for staff
- Supporting clinicians during clinic sessions as required
Working with
- Responding to the designated telephone line

Deal with telephone inquiries and take accurate messages, often of a sensitive and confidential nature, following guidance and taking appropriate action as required.

Salary is determined by NHS experience and current banding/pay point. External applicants will begin at the entry point of the salary scale in line with NHS terms and conditions.

- Good general education including English and Maths at GCSE A-C or equivalent.

- Has formal typing/secretarial or administrative qualifications
