Job overview
TWA, Trafford, Withington and Altrincham hospitals is a division of Manchester Foundation Trust and the Facilities staff employed provide an integral service to the smooth running of the Division. We are now looking for staff to work at our Intermediate Care Unit, Monet Lodge, to help us to continue to deliver excellent support services to the Trust.
As a Facilities Assistant - Domestic you will deliver a full and comprehensive cleaning service to our intermediate in-patient care Facility at Monet Lodge. You may also be required to support at our other Intermediate Care Units Buccleuch Lodge and Dermott Murphy and Withington Community Hospital clinics.
We have a variety of posts starting from 06:00 and up till 19:00, ranging from 4 hours per week up to 25 hours depending on the preferred shift, this may also include working weekends. As we are also a healthcare facility that is open 7 days per week, the successful candidates will also be expected to work on bank holidays including Christmas.
Please note that this is a domestic cleaning role and not a nursing assistant role.

JOB PURPOSE
Provision of cleaning services within a Hospital/Healthcare environment whilst working closely with Ward/Department staff to ensure a high-quality service provision.
To work closely and support other facilities services such as catering, linen and portering to ensure the seamless delivery of facilities services.
