We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled and motivated individual into our theatre management team. We have an exciting opportunity for a registered anaesthetic practitioner who is looking to expand their leadership and management skills within a diverse and challenging range of specialties.
As part of one of the largest NHS Foundation Trusts in the country we are able to offer a range of development opportunities, to enhance leadership and clinical skills; post-holders will have access to on-site training programmes and the focused support of our theatre education team.
All applicants must hold current HCPC/NMC registration.
Substantial experience at band 6 in Anaesthetics
Experience of leading innovation in practice
Commitment to providing excellent standards of care as well as promoting positive patient experience

You must be able to demonstrate your ability to motivate individuals, have proven organisational skills, effective communication, leadership skills and a strong commitment to high standards of patient care. This role will be clinically facing and may involve having to work weekends as required.
You will be working jointly with fellow Band 7 Theatre Leads in Theatres and they will continue to undertake the line management of staffing.
