Specialist Allergy Services are seeking an enthusiastic and bright individual who enjoys working in a busy, friendly, multi-disciplinary team environment, to support us in the delivery of a quality service as a receptionist on our busy reception based in our new Grafton Way Building Way.
This is an exciting opportunity to join UCLH. You will work collaboratively to provide full administrative services on main reception at University College London Hospital. This is a maternity cover full- time role with working hours of 37.5 hours a week.

The successful applicant will be expected to be self-motivating and carry out administrative duties mainly including admitting patients on to our patient information system, uploading all medical documents and clinical correspondence and collecting inpatient notes. They will also be expected to provide cross cover with the other ward administrators during times of leave and heavy workload commitment, ensuring that the service provided meets the needs of senior departmental staff at all times. Patient experience is at the forefront of all that we do. You must demonstrate excellent customer skills with a can-do attitude.
We are looking for a candidate seeking an opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge. The work will be interesting and varied, giving a good grounding for career progression.
