Where you will be working
- You will have the opportunity to work in one of our Primary Care Network (PCN) Teams covering Bexhill, Hastings / St Leonards and Rural Rother. and Eastbourne, Hailsham & Seaford
- Ideally you will be a car owner / driver; however we also have access to pool and lease cars.

What you will be doing
- A District Nursing qualification (DN SPQ) is an essential criteria.
- Assessing new patients for nursing care in their own homes, creating and evaluating care plans.
- Managing a caseload with support of the Clinical Lead
- Line Management and leadership of a team of Registered Nurses & HCAs.
- Our core service hours are 8am – 8pm, 7 days per week.
It can be quite a challenging role at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, and resilience and vigilance are important.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Community Specialist Practitioner Qualification – District Nursing
- RN part 1 on NMC register
- Nurse prescriber / V100
- NMC required teaching & assessing module, or commitment to undertake
Experience

- Experience of caseload management
- Experience of multidisciplinary working
