You will have opportunity to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours that help provide a comprehensive and effective HR Admin service within the organisation alongside completing a Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship.

This post will play an integral part in supporting the people and organisational development team in the delivery of their services to the organisation, often being the first point of contact for the team.
Working as part of a team you will gain experience in handling day to day queries and providing HR advice; working on a range of HR processes from recruitment through to retirement; using HR systems to keep records; providing relevant HR information to the organisation; working with the organisation on HR changes.
