Hospital at Home Eating Disorders is an exciting service developed in collaboration with the Thames Valley Provider Collaborative. The Hospital at Home team supports young people with eating disorders who meet the threshold for inpatient care. In some cases, admission will be prevented and in others, young people will be stepped down to this model following a short inpatient admission. Hospital at Home maximizes the use of new technology, provides care close to home, reduces admission, length of stay, waiting times and provides earlier discharge from inpatient care. This is a work from home position.
