Are you an experienced Data Analyst seeking an opportunity to enhance your skillset?
We have an exciting opportunity for a band 6 data analyst who would like to extend their experience more widely within the trust. This role is a 12-month secondment or FTC opportunity for anyone looking to expand their portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a background in managing the data collection process, including analysis and evaluation of the data for Oxfordshire Talking Therapies (OTT). They will work closely with the Oxfordshire Talking Therapies Senior Management Team to ensure the IAPT data reporting and analysis within the service is delivered on time and all relevant requirements are met.
You will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the PCMIS Information System. You will work with the Oxfordshire Talking Therapies Head of IAPT and Service Manager to assist with other data performance projects as they arise.
As delegated, the post-holder will liaise with NHS England (NHSE) and lead on all the service data requirements, including national and local requirements.

The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Identify and facilitate all data collection, reporting, and analysis requirements of the Talking Therapies service as directed by the Head of Service/Clinical Lead or the person deputising.
- Ensure data collection is carried out in accordance with NHSE, Trust, and service requirements.
- Become a "super user" of the PC-MIS system to enable the training of others.
- Provide and monitor training for all clinical and non-clinical staff that need to collect and input data on the PC-MIS software for the Talking Therapies service.
- Ensure access to PC-MIS software for all clinicians and non-clinical staff is set up as required.
- Ensure NHSE data submission is submitted within required timescales.
- Work with the Head of Service/Clinical lead and Service Manager to analyse and interpret data as required.
- Ensure that all local and national reports are created in a timely manner.
