We are seeking a locality administrator with good customer service skills to respond to enquiries from families, an eye for detail and confidence in using IT systems.

The post holder will work closely with the Bromley 0 to 19 Public Health Nursing team, supporting service delivery. This will include booking appointments, data cleansing, scanning and communication with the CCC and Locality Leads, and general administration tasks. The applicant will also receive fire warden training.

.Detailed job description and main responsibilities
General administration within the service, including but not limited to:
Providing quality customer care on redirected calls/emails and to communicate these to the relevant services in a timely, helpful and pleasant manner.
Quality cleansing monthly data from Qlicksense to ensure that parents due a 1 or 2 year review have been offered an appointment and KPIs are recorded on EMIS
Dealing with all enquires effectively and sensitively, taking action where necessary and escalating if required in line with Bromley Healthcare policies, procedures and guidance.
Receiving and distributing incoming mail and ensure outgoing mail is sent appropriately and in a timely manner.
Sending out appointment reminders to patients via text/email and facilitate any changes
or additional needs as required in order to minimise Was Not Brought rates.
Liaising with the CCC regarding patient referrals/queries and support the CCC during periods of annual leave and sickness where necessary.
Undertaking general office duties as necessary, including filing, scanning, photocopying, taking notes of meetings, management and disposal of confidential information, as part of an effective administration service.
Accurately maintaining and keeping secure patient health and staff records/ systems in line with policy and standard operating procedure, to ensure data quality, confidentiality and compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Salary is determined by NHS experience and current banding/pay point. External applicants will begin at the entry point of the salary scale in line with NHS terms and conditions.
