The PSO will support an ongoing programme of quality improvement work to optimise productivity across agreed services, aligned to the CHIC clinical strategy of delivering personalised, proportionate, needs based and tier matched care. We are looking for a passionate person who works well in a team environment, is highly motivated and committed, organised, enjoys autonomy within their role and can support a variety of projects using their initiative and knowhow to move things forward. This role will require frequent travel across all ESHT sites.

The clinical strategy within CHIC Planned Care Services strategy is focused on improving the quality and performance of our acute and community services to deliver high quality care across East Sussex. This is a dynamic and changing environment, and the strategy is working to support our staff, teams and the organisation as a whole to make meaningful changes that bring about improvements in care for the benefit of our population living in East Sussex.

The post holder will provide project administration support to include monitoring project milestones and progress, preparing necessary project paperwork, undertaking specified data analysis functions and producing reports and communication bulletins in relation to the programme of work.

Manage the co-ordination and delivery of project documents and reports to support updates on the strategy to internal and external stakeholders as required.

To support in the preparation and delivery of communication items for internal and external stakeholders as required.
