Centralised Recruitment:

This week are currently recruiting for the following Bands 4 and 5 role across the organisation:
- Senior Research Support Administrator - 37.5 hours per week - 12 month FTC/Secondment
You do not need prior research delivery support experience but do need to have administrative experience supporting clinical teams and or departments. With experience and confidence using Microsoft 365 systems in their day to day work.
The post holder will work with a team of administrators, nurses, practitioners and clinicians. Supporting the lifecycle of clinical research studies from set-up to close out. Developing and maintaining important team systems.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
Senior Research Support Administrator:
General and Administrative
- Create, develop, and maintain systems to ensure smooth running of the studies, across several different sites, and to ensure activities and processes take place in a timely way.
- Assemble, collate, disseminate, and feedback data and information regarding study recruitment and progress.
- Procure according to set budgets.
- Manage the day-to-day study finances, liaising with the Study Coordinators, Study Sponsors, R & D Finance, ensuring that study invoices are raised as per study contracts.
- Deal sensitively and appropriately with all communications within the team, the trust, other trusts, and external sponsors and clinical research organisations.
- Deal with a range of enquiries, taking appropriate action and liaising with the appropriate staff, as necessary.
