We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will manage a small team and be responsible for developing, delivering and supporting complex solutions within the ESHT Digital programme and project portfolio. This includes the major digital transformation programme to bring a new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) to our acute services and eventual closure of current systems.
The post will be based at either Conquest Hospital, St Leonards or Eastbourne DGH with the requirement to travel to other sites and opportunities for home/flexible working.
The post holder will work on a number of assignments simultaneously, which will vary in scale and complexity. This is a 'full lifecycle' role with possible involvement from business case development to operational review, requirements, design, development, test and implementation.
The role will also include the mentoring/coaching of team members as well as leading Business Analysis workstreams on smaller projects.
We're looking for someone who has significant experience of business process design and of planning, developing and implementing changes to services, systems or processes. Our ideal candidate will have experience of working in a large complex organisation and will have excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record in developing and sustaining relationships with different groups.
They will also have experience of managing and coaching a team, handling sensitive situations with a high level of tact and diplomacy and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
