We are looking to recruit a Therapy Clinical Team Lead to join the Therapy Hub Service. This is an excellent secondment opportunity for someone who is looking to move their career in a more managerial direction and seeking the challenge of a team . We are a friendly, well established multi-disciplinary therapy team comprising of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Apprentices, Rehab. assistants, Rehab. Technicians and Administrators. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring all clients’ needs are comprehensively assessed and delivered by the team. The post holder will work as both the therapy team leader and as a therapist delivering client centred rehabilitation programme.

The post holder will provide leadership, management and clinical expertise to the team to facilitate a high-quality service to clients. The post holder will establish robust communication networks and working relationships with service users and all stake holders across health and social care to develop the service as part of a recognised care pathway. Day-to-day management of staff within the Therapy Hub.

Qualifications- Training
Essential criteria
- Degree or equivalent in Occupational therapy or Physiotherapy
- Current Health Professionals Council registration.
- Extensive evidence of relevant post registration training and CPD. Clinical Supervisor / Practice placement educator
Desirable criteria
- First Line Management Qualification or equivalent relevant experience

- Evidence of working in a multi-disciplinary team
- Widespread rehabilitation experience in a community setting.
- Management experience including undertaking delegation.
- Experience of working with other agencies.
- Supervisory skills and preceptorship.
- Ability to plan and delegate daily workload.
