Are you a passionate Pharmacy Technician with a keen interest in education and training? Do you have a desire to make a real impact on the development of the next generation of Pharmacy professionals? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
As a Practitioner development technician working for Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our Pharmacy team. You'll be responsible for leading, supporting, and guiding students and apprentices through their Level 2 and Level 3 training, ensuring they gain the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
You'll work closely with the Lead Practitioner Development Technician and the wider team to identify training needs and provide tailored support. As part of your role, you'll deliver engaging CPD sessions and foster a positive, supportive learning environment for all team members.
