Community Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) – Band 3
Salary: £29,176 – £30,225 (inclusive of HCAS)
Location: Across the London Borough of Bromley – Bromley, Beckenham, Orpington & Biggin Hill
Hours: Ideally FT & some PT (minimum 3 days/week) available
Please note: The first 6 weeks of the role will require full-time attendance for training.
The post-holder is required to work across a 7-day rota (7.5 hrs per day), including weekends and bank holidays, to meet the needs of the local community.
Times are a mix of 8.15am – 4.15pm & 10.45am – 6.45pm.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality personal and clinical care to patients in the community
- Support individuals with chronic conditions, post-hospital care, and patients at end of life needs
- Working autonomously but will have the support and supervision of qualified District Nurses
- Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing

Salary is determined by NHS experience and current banding/pay point. External applicants will begin at the entry point of the salary scale in line with NHS terms and conditions.

- Level 3 Diploma/NVQ in Health & Social Care or equivalent experience delivering care at this level

- Additional clinical skills training (e.g. wound care, phlebotomy, catheter care)
