This role includes an RSU allowance of £1,446 per annum on top of your salary.
Are you passionate about improving mental health and helping people make meaningful change?
We are recruiting for a full-time Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to join our team at HMP Bullingdon in Bicester, which is a Category B and C local prison housing approximately 1000 remand and sentenced male prisoners.
Under the supervision of Clinical Supervisors, you will assess individuals’ needs for low-intensity psychological interventions, provide suitable evidence-based treatments, and maintain accurate clinical records. You’ll collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team as part of the Integrated Mental Health Service within the prison.
This is an ideal role for a newly qualified PWP to play a key role in delivering high volume evidence-based practice in guided self-help, for individuals and groups within a unique and rewarding environment.
If you’re a registered PWP (BPS or BABCP) with a strong understanding of evidence-based practice and a genuine desire to support others, we’d love to hear from you.
