Job overview
As our Senior Transformation Project Manager, you will:
- Lead complex transformation programmes ensuring they deliver real, measurable improvements.
- Drive digital innovation—exploring, evaluating and deploying new technologies that enhance patient pathways, clinical workflows and operational efficiency.
- Work in collaboration with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, from clinical leads to commissioners and system partners.
- Bring structure, clarity and momentum to challenging projects, identifying problems early and developing creative, pragmatic solutions.
You will be a passionate changemaker with:
- Extensive knowledge of NHS 111, CAS and GP Out-of-Hours services—you understand how the services operate, the pressures they face and the opportunities for improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complexity into actionable plans.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities, able to influence at all levels and bring people with you.
- A flexible, proactive working approach, comfortable managing competing priorities and adapting to fast-changing environments.
- A genuine interest in digital transformation, with experience introducing and embedding innovative technology in healthcare settings.

· Providing high-quality project management including project planning and administration, risk management, and reporting
· Managing and maintaining key project documents to facilitate effective project management, using the full suite of Microsoft Office tools and Project Management software
