We're looking for Healthcare Assistants to join an exciting team which enables joint working between the inpatient services and the community team to facilitate smooth transition of patients into the community and building meaningful therapeutic relationships.
The role involves hybrid working and or flexible working within a multidisciplinary team, as well as shift patterns.
This post comes with an RSU allowance of £1440 annually.

You will provide recovery-focused support to service users under the supervision of qualified staff. The role aims to promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing for individuals within inpatient settings and the community. The post holder will assist in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans, including risk management, and will occasionally provide administrative support when required, mainly visit monitoring.
This is a split role:
- Specialist Community Forensic Team (SCFT): Supporting service users in the community and inpatient services. (9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday). On rare occasions, staff may occasionally be required to cover the community team in Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes.
- Pre-Discharge inpatient Unit (Lambourne House): Assisting patients transitioning from hospital to community living (7am – 3pm, 9am – 5pm, 1330hrs – 2130hrs and 2100hrs – 0700hrs)
