The Quality Team helps ensure North London Hospice delivers safe, high‑quality care. We support good governance, clear quality standards and effective risk management, and we provide assurance and compliance oversight across our services. The team coordinates audits, oversees complaints and patient experience work, supports quality improvement initiatives and manages key policies, while analysing data and reviewing feedback to help drive meaningful improvements across the organisation.

As our Quality Systems & Data Administrator, you’ll be right at the heart of this work. You’ll help keep our Quality Management System running smoothly, make sure information is accurate and accessible, and support a range of important activities including audits, governance processes, reporting and policy coordination. Your ability to stay organised, approachable and proactive will help keep the team functioning at its best.

The role involves supporting the daily operation of the Quality Management System by assisting users, maintaining accurate records and helping ensure the system is well organised and easy to navigate. You will contribute to data quality by carrying out routine accuracy checks, preparing simple reports and gathering information for dashboards and audits. A core part of the role includes providing administrative support across quality and governance activities, such as coordinating meeting arrangements, preparing agendas, taking minutes and managing follow‑up actions.

You will help oversee policy management by monitoring review dates, liaising with policy authors, ensuring updates are completed on time and maintaining a clear and accessible document library. The role also includes supporting risk and incident processes by updating records, tracking actions and helping gather evidence for assurance reports. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation, you will help ensure quality information is accessible, accurate and kept up to date, supporting the wider team in maintaining safe, high‑quality care.
