Are you passionate about the emotional wellbeing of children and young people?
If so, the CAMHS InReach team are looking for an Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team.
As the CAMHS InReach administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting the team. Your work will include managing referrals, updating patient records, monitoring service processes, liaising with external services and acting as the main administrative contact for this team.
This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the care provided to children, young people and their families by supporting the smooth and efficient running of the service.

- Be the first point of contact for the team, handling email enquiries with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Process new referrals and accurately input patient details and treatment information into spreadsheets and electronic healthcare systems.

Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and tracking systems, providing routine information and data to support service monitoring.

Support service coordination, including diaries, meetings and minute taking.
